Our company was founded many years back as Shakti Engineering in Gujarat with sound and robust manufacturing unit. We started with fabrication of hi-tech pharmaceutical and chemical equipment such as Industrial Heat Exchanger, Stainless Steel Chemical Vessel, MS Diesel Underground Storage Tank, etc. It was recently in the year 2020 that we changed the name of our establishment to Rachanashakti Fabtech Pvt. Ltd. We have been working under third party inspection agencies. It is due to our quality excellence that we have been receiving orders repetitively from customers.

Design & Engineering

We excel in introducing Industrial Heat Exchanger, MS Diesel Underground Storage Tank, Stainless Steel Chemical Vessel and other equipment. We have modern facilities for designing and engineering aforementioned equipment as per international industrial standards. We use advanced softwares and precision developed tools like HTRI, TEMA, PV elite Software, API, AutoCAD and more for carrying our production process in a prompt and smooth manner.

Quality Assurance

We have obtained ISO 9001:2015 by maintaining strictness in quality during production of chemical and pharma equipment. Right from equipment manufacturing to quality inspection and warehousing, all the tasks are done in a quality-conscious manner. We have smart quality inspection experts who test every equipment using NDT facilities. Tests like Hydro testing, Dye penetrate (DP) test, Pneumatic test, PMI (positive material identification) test and more.

Infrastructure

Rachanashakti Fabtech Pvt. Ltd. has developed its huge manufacturing facility at Ahmedabad, Gujarat (India) for steady and quality-based production of a variety of industrial equipment. We attain manufacturing excellence while designing and developing industrial equipment. We have no tolerance for introducing low quality products and it is the result of the same that we are admired and respected by all sizes of companies in India.
